Better understand your workforce and learn to develop an agile and flexible workforce plan to respond to changes in the business business environment.

This course is proudly supported by the Queensland Department of Youth Justice, Employment, Small Business and Training, in partnership with Jobs Queensland.

Module 6: How to assess your workforce risk  

Module 7: Developing your workforce plan

Get certification and credit

Complete all modules and assessment and get a Certificate of Completion and one elective course credit towards a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration at UniSC.
