Teamwork for the workplace

While I’m not the biggest cricket fan, I was impressed with the Aussie Team in the Ashes – not only by their playing, but by the way they displayed their sporting prowess as a team. The genuine affection and camaraderie was infectious – and this is displayed in all successful teams – whether they win, draw or lose. An effective team, whether it be in sport or in the workplace, is one where there are no I’s or ME’s, just WE!

So, what is the making of a good team … a strong team … an effective team? What makes a team tick? Join me in this practical `hands on’ program and together, as a team, we’ll look at team profiles, personalities and styles!
