Sociology is the study of society through scientific analysis. It involves identifying social rather than individual explanations for social issues such as unemployment, prejudice, inequality and disadvantage. In this major you take a closer look at Australian and global society, the digital world, social justice, gender and cultural diversity, the sociology of sport, and international community development.
