Business Planning original draft

Gain a clear understanding of the factors underpinning your business's success and what is critical for your long term survival. Adopt strategic management principles and develop a customised business plan and marketing strategy to help your business survive and thrive. You'll receive tailored feedback from a panel of industry experts and networking opportunities.

Format: 90 minute workshops followed by 30 minute Q&A/networking.
Dates: Thursdays (7 weeks) commencing 12 October
Time: 9-11am (2 hour sessions)

Who is this course for? 

All business owners operating in Queensland, who employ fewer than 20 (full-time equivalent) staff, and have been operating for 12 months or more.
