Southbank Campus - Study Plan commencing Semester 1, 2015

The Diploma of Laboratory Technology (specialising in Pathology Testing or Bio Analytical Testing)/Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Science Study Plan is valid for the students commencing Semester 1 at Southbank.

Students commencing in Semester 1, will complete the Associate Degree in 2 years, and some semesters will be part time enrolment.

Year 1

  • Six (6) required courses:
    LFS112 should be studied in Semester 2 at Southbank. Session 1 offering is only available at Sippy Downs Campus
  • MLS131  is a placement course that can be undertaken in a Pathology Lab in Brisbane area
