Marketing plays a pivotal role in the success of any business.
In this program you learn how to design, implement and manage effective marketing strategies, and how to understand people and their buying patterns. Specialised courses include consumer behaviour, services marketing, promotions management, sport and event marketing, advanced research methods, international marketing, and strategic management. You choose to major in either Marketing Research or Applied Marketing and are encouraged to undertake practical work-related projects in association with industry.

Professional recognition
Students and graduates may become members of the Australian Market and Social Research Society of Australia.

- Completing this program within the specified (full-time) duration is based on studying 48 unit points per semester (normally 4 courses).
- Courses within this program are assessed using a variety of assessment methods including essays, seminar presentations, reports, in-class tests and examinations. Not all courses will necessarily include all methods.
