UniSC Sport Experience

I have been working with Adam at UniSC for over two years now, and in this time I have achieved many milestones within the sport of swimming. He not only helps me become a stronger athlete, he listens and explains why and how to best achieve my goals, whilst remaining injury-free. His knowledge and feedback has been a significant part of my success and growth as an athlete, both in the pool and on land.
