The Graduate Research School has responsibility for the policy framework pertaining to research training, managing admissions, providing research scholarships, administering candidature progression, and facilitating the examination of theses.
The Graduate Research School coordinates development activities for candidates and supervisors, and provides opportunities to accelerate career development for all graduate research candidates.
The Graduate Research School supports Higher Degree by Research candidates and supervisors in the following ways:
- administration of HDR programs and advice about candidature management
- coordination of the HDR Scholarships program and advice about scholarship establishment and maintenance
- coordinates the Graduate Research Development Program for graduate research candidates and Supervision Excellence Program for graduate research supervisors.
