Veolia Women in Electrical Engineering Scholarship

Scholarship applications for Semester 1, 2025 are now open and will close on 30 November 2024.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by close of business, 28 February 2025.

The Veolia Women in Electrical Engineering Scholarship will support female students commencing an undergraduate Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic)(Honours) program at UniSC.

 

Commencing in 2025, Veolia will provide funding for two (2) scholarships valued at $20,000 each. This scholarship is founded in the long-standing and combined efforts of Veolia and UniSC to drive innovative sustainability outcomes.

Veolia is committed to ecological transformation activities which preserve, protect and replenish resources while improving access and lowering consumption.

Scholarships will be paid in instalments of $5,000 after census date in Semester 1 of each year for up to four (4) years.

Please Note:  This scholarship is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor. If funding is not available in any given year, the scholarship will not be awarded.

Eligibility
  • Commencing first year female student enrolled full-time in a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic)(Honours)
  • Permanent Resident of Australia, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder

  • academic achievement (minimum ATAR 78 or equivalent)
