Study Plan for Certificate IV pathway

This Bachelor of Health and Community Care Management Study Plan is for students commencing in Semester 1, 2015 who have been granted four courses credit for their previous tertiary study.

To have your Certificate IV qualification assessed, speak to the Credit team in Student Administration. You will need to submit the Certificate IV and Application for credit transfer and recognition of prior learning form to the credit team for processing.

 Students must select one (1) of the following minor study areas:
