In this course, you will develop knowledge and skills to assess and manage risks to human health from hazards in natural and built environments. You will identify hazards and exposure pathways relevant to water, air, soil, food, waste, noise, radiation, pests, and vectors. You will also develop skills to locate and apply legislation and regulations relevant to public health and occupational health and safety. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to characterise risks and develop risk mitigation strategies and managing disasters, emergencies and mass outdoor events.
