This course will develop your understanding and application of marketing principles, strengths based- culturally sensitive communication, behaviour change theory and hone your information literacy skills. You will use a theory and evidence informed approach to develop and tailor nutrition communication content and delivery for a range of audiences. Practical opportunities will develop your ability as an engaging, ethical and culturally humble nutrition communicator.
