Nicole is an Accredited Practising Dietitian having graduated with First Class Honours from a Bachelor of Dietetics. She is a current PhD candidate at UniSC with interests in dietary interventions and behaviours to improve Women’s health. Her current research centres around women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Nicole has presented her research at national and international conferences and authored journal articles.
Nicole is passionate about providing individuals with support, knowledge and practical skills that allow them to thrive in their environment which she clearly demonstrates when teaching, mentoring Higher degree by research students or co-supervising honours students.
