From October 2017, all students are able to request digital versions of graduation documents including your Academic Transcript by completing a request for an Official Statement of Academic Record.

Digital versions of official graduation documents are made available through the My eQuals portal, a secure and trusted provider of certified digital documents.

Allow at least two working days from the time you submit your application for the processing of your request. At times of peak demand, delays may occur (eg following release of results). If you have not recently accessed your student email account you may need to contact the Student IT Help Desk on 5459 4455.

What is My eQuals?

My eQuals is an online system used by universities in Australia and New Zealand to issue electronic transcripts and graduation documents. Instant, secure and environmentally-friendly, My eQuals protects your credentials, guaranteeing the integrity and authenticity of your digital documents.

How secure are digital documents?

The underlying systems have been independently tested by security experts to ensure documents are authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid when viewed online. All documents have digital signatures that meet the legal requirements of certified digital documents in countries around the world.

Please note these security features can't be guaranteed if you choose to print the digital documents. Certified hard copy documents can still be obtained through the university.
