- effective verbal and written communication in English is required to communicate with other educational professionals
- interactivity of communication is fundamental to the education process
- the ability to read, decode, interpret and comprehend multiple sources of information is fundamental to the production of accurate written communication
- construction of written assessment tasks in English is required to convey knowledge and understanding or relevant subject matter

Reasonable adjustments must meet the necessary requirement of intelligibility, clarity and accuracy that facilitates effective communication in academic contexts.

As a student you must:
- construct a range of written and verbal assessments to ethical and academic standards to demonstrate knowledge and understanding
- paraphrase, summarise and reference in accordance with academic and professional conventions
- communicate in English intelligibly, effectively and appropriately in tutorials and lectures
- demonstrate knowledge and proficient use of information and communication technologies such as computers, voice and image recording software for presentations
Behavioural and Social Skills
The capacity to demonstrate core behavioural and social skills is the capacity to demonstrate interpersonal engagement and behavioural stability.
