Student Services strives to provide a positive, transformational experience for all UniSC students and delivers key initiatives and services that enable students to succeed with their studies, become lifelong learners and skilled, future-ready, socially responsible, entrepreneurial, and in-demand contributors to their communities.
Services are proactive and developmental to build students’ co-curricular skills and competencies across the student life cycle, such as autonomy, career competencies, academic literacies, and wellbeing strategies. Our teams are passionate and dedicated to enhancing the student experience to maximise student success and promote accessibility and equity outcomes.
The division is made up of three areas:
- Student Business Services provides administrative support to core university functions including admissions, credit assessments, timetabling, enrolments, student finance, scholarships, progressions, graduations, and student systems.
- Student Experience provides university-wide, multi-channel student enquiry management, delivers student engagement campaigns, and administers current student communications and orientation coordination for the university. Our business improvement team manages student systems and works to enhance processes and student development through data evaluation and analysis.
- Student Engagement and Success provides services that promote student learning, development and success including employability and careers advice, students as partners activities, academic skills development, student success advising, and wellbeing services, including counselling, safer communities and learning access and disability advising.
