How to seek support or tell us about your concerns

How can you tell us about your concerns?
Book an appointment

Book a time on the Student Hub to have a 15-minute phone call with someone from our team to discuss supports and arrange a more extensive appointment if required.

What can you expect when you speak with one of our specialist workers?
  • We will provide you a safe and confidential space to talk about your concerns or experience.
  • We will help you unpack what has happened and understand your experience.
  • We will listen and take your concerns seriously.
  • We will address any immediate safety concerns and supports that are required, including safety planning and academic adjustments.
  • We will let you know the different options and pathways for resolving your concerns, including informal and formal procedures. We will support you through whatever process you feel is right for you.
  • We will not talk to anybody else without your consent, unless we are concerned about your safety or the safety of others. We will always let you know if we need to talk to someone else about what you have told us.
