Tamara Sysak is an interdisciplinary researcher with over 20 years’ experience working in academic, government, corporate and not-for-profit environments. Bringing together her work experience in community development, environment and policy, she completed her PhD at Melbourne University in 2013.
Tamara’s most recent practice and research experience has been in community aged care, mental health and disability. She has a passion working with older people to support healthy ageing and wellbeing and is particularly interested in how we can better support people living with dementia, their carers and families.
