Dr Lauren Thornton has been involved with the teaching of mathematics at UniSC since 2015. She was awarded her PhD in pure mathematics in 2019 and was the 2018 winner of the Gordon Preston Prize from the Australian Algebra Group for her research. Lauren continues to conduct research in algebra, particularly on the topic of Radical Theory.
