Anya Bonner is a Research Assistant with the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Study, a leading research study in understanding the underlying processes of ME/CFS and developing brain imaging criteria that will aid in diagnosis. Her role encompasses participant recruitment and engagement, data analysis (MRI and physical assessment), administration tasks, and study coordination and management.
Prior to starting at the Thompson Institute, Anya graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2023. With a passion for neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disease, she has worked with a number of Not For Profit and organisations nationally, including Empower Autism, Queensland Department of Education, and LIVIN.org.
