Allison is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Human Factors and Sociotechnical Systems, providing support across two centre projects. As part of the BAT-RLX team Allison is involved in coding road user behaviour to enhance safety at rail level crossings. On the UPLOADS project, her role supports the maintenance, analysis, and communication of led outdoor activity incidents reported through the UPLOADS App.
Allison recently completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Behavioural Studies) and plans to undertake postgraduate study in 2024. In the meantime, she is enjoying the opportunity to gain research experience within an accomplished and passionate team whilst building her knowledge of systems thinking methodology.
