Business planning courses

UniSC, in collaboration with the Department of Employment Small Business and Training (DESBT), offer a suite of free micro credential courses designed to help small to medium businesses establish the fundamentals for long term success.

Business planning

Tailored to meet the needs of Queensland small business owners/managers, this microcredit course focuses on developing customised business plans by employing essential strategic management principles.

Date: Tuesday 23 April 2024 (7 weeks)
Time: 9-11am (2 hours per week)
Delivery mode: Onsite and online

Continuity planning

This comprehensive 7-week microcredit course, led by Dr Wayne Graham, is designed to equip Queensland business owners and managers with the tools to develop a robust business continuity plan.

Time: 9-11am (2 hours per week)
Delivery mode: On-campus and online

Workforce planning
