Description
Postgraduate Course This course addresses the
special requirements for marketing services as distinct from tangible
products. The services sector is becoming an increasingly important part
of the economy. In particular this course considers how to position
services organisation, defining the customer base, managing the marketing
mix, designing and implementing the marketing plan and optimising the
export potential of services.
