Description
Postgraduate Course Students undertaking this
course will learn how organisations operate, particularly in the world of
work. They will develop an understanding of the fundamentals of management
covering topics such as how to motivate staff, the nature of leadership,
group dynamics, and organisation design. The course will have an applied
focus but will provide appropriate conceptual frameworks for analysing how
people behave in organisations.
